Cooking with wood
I stopped using propane for my hot water last year. This year I am doing all my cooking with wood. I use either an open grill or a smoker. Earlier in the season I used the cast iron pot on the wood stove. Seemed like a double win as my heat source also cooked my meals.

If it’s a bigger vehicle like a cube van or a bus the roof should have a bunch of solar panels for all our power needs for longer trips or charging tools in the field.
