I like this list because it has subheadings to make it more readable for a novice like me.

I would switch the tick forceps for a Tick Key, or add one. They are better for most tick removals, unless the tick is in a very tight spot, and kids can easily use them. They are also very durable. I’ve had one on my keychain for the last six years and fortunately only ever used it on the cat!
