Cooking with wood

I stopped using propane for my hot water last year. This year I am doing all my cooking with wood. I use either an open grill or a smoker. Earlier in the season I used the cast iron pot on the wood stove. Seemed like a double win as my heat source also cooked my meals.

Could you please elaborate on your setup. What stove do you use? I understand it is indoors in winter, outdoors in summer? Is it possible to buy? What is smoker used for? What features I need to be looking for? Any suggestions on creating redundancy?

for inside I would suggest a wood cook stove,
I do all our cooking and baking plus heats our home
there are different types, styles,
if you google will can find places that sell them,
here are a couple of links you can check out:

for outside, as Dorel mentioned, a smoker, or open grill
or a summer kitchen with a cookstove to do all your cooking, canning, food prep, etc
don't want to be firing up the old wood stove inside in summer months.

just a few thoughts
